Atlanta, GA has been home to many NEDians over decades in diverse technological and industrial workspaces. In the last few years, efforts to establish a platform gained momentum, and after discussions on many occasions, the effort came to fruition, and the NEDAA-GA chapter was registered in February 2024. 

The NED Alumni Association of Greater Atlanta (NEDAA-GA) adopted similar bylaws and goals to adhere to those of NEDIAN-NA and other local chapters in North America as a non-profit 501(c)(3) entity. In recent years, the southeast region of the US has become home to many NEDians, both retirees and newcomers. 

This platform will provide an opportunity for all within the state and many other surrounding states to join and work together towards a common goal, meet and greet friends, and engage in all other social and educational activities under the platform.
